ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,595,369, issued on April 7, was assigned to Arizona Board of Regents on behalf of Arizona State University (Scottsdale, Ariz.).

"Algae-resistant bitumen-containing materials" was invented by Elham Fini (Phoenix), Farideh Pahlavan (Tempe, Ariz.) and Albert Hung (Tempe, Ariz.).
