ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,601,018, issued on April 14, was assigned to ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
