US Patent Issued to Arcus Biosciences on June 30 for "Methods of treating solid tumors using an anti-PD-1 antibody or a fragment thereof" (Maryland Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,668,635, issued on June 30, was assigned to Arcus Biosciences Inc. (Hayward, Calif.).

"Methods of treating solid tumors using an anti-PD-1 antibody or a fragment thereof" was invented by Joyson J. Karakunnel (Potomac, Md.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided herein are methods of treating solid tumors comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of the anti-PD-1 antibodies or the antigen-binding fragments thereof described herein."
