ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,606,632, issued on April 21, was assigned to Apexigen Inc. (Boston).

"Anti-CD40 antibodies and methods of use" was invented by Yongke Zhang (Palo Alto, Calif.), Guo-Liang Yu (Hillsborough, Calif.) and Weimin Zhu (San Francisco).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention provides high affinity anti-CD40 monoclonal antibodies and related compositions, which may be used in any of a variety of therapeutic methods for the treatment of cancer and other diseases."
