ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,663,981, issued on June 23, was assigned to AMERICAN MEGATRENDS INTERNATIONAL LLC (Duluth, Ga.).

"Secure non-volatile firmware memory configured within a baseboard management controller (BMC) system on a chip (SOC)" was invented by Satheesh Thomas (Johns Creek, Ga.), David Wise (Loganville, Ga.) and Balaji Nagalingam Rajendiran (Duluth, Ga.).
