US Patent Issued to Amend2 on Sept. 8 for "Bolt action rifle chassis" (Idaho Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,729,928, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to Amend2 LLC (Idaho Falls, Idaho).

"Bolt action rifle chassis" was invented by Colby Coombs (Idaho Falls, Idaho), Matthew Bellitti (Idaho Falls, Idaho), Austin Damoth (Idaho Falls, Idaho) and Craig Lockwood (Idaho Falls, Idaho).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A chassis includes an internal portion which corresponds to a rifle action of a first type. The chassis further includes an external portion which corresponds with a rifle stock. The chassis is attached to the rifle action of the first type and to rifle stock."

The patent was filed on Jan. 17, 2023, under Application No. 18/097,794.
