ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,626,692, issued on May 12, was assigned to Amazon Technologies Inc. (Seattle).

"Generative language models" was invented by Rahul Gupta (Waltham, Mass.), Charith Peris (Arlington, Mass.), Palash Goyal (San Jose, Calif.), Lisa Bauer (New York) and Ninareh Mehrabi (Glendale, Calif.).
