ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,606,827, issued on April 21, was assigned to Altos Labs Inc. (Redwood City, Calif.).
"Compounds for treatment of osteoarthritis" was invented by Maddalena Adorno (Menlo Park, Calif.), Benedetta Nicolis Di Robilant (Redwood City, Calif.) and Amit Umesh Joshi (Sunnyvale, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure relates to methods of treating osteoarthritis in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a USP16 inhibitor."
