ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,704,502, issued on Aug. 11, was assigned to Agilent Technologies Inc. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Methods and systems for determining metabolic poise and capacity of living cells" was invented by Maria Natalia Romero Filardo (Brookline, Mass.) and James Niall Hynes (Little Island, Ireland).
