US Patent Issued to Advanced Semiconductor Engineering on May 12 for "Electronic device" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,627,918, issued on May 12, was assigned to Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. (Kaohsiung, Taiwan).

"Electronic device" was invented by Kai Hung Wang (Taipei City, Taiwan), Kuei-Hao Tseng (New Taipei City, Taiwan) and Chih Lung Lin (Taipei City, Taiwan).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure provides an electronic device.
