US Patent Issued to Advanced Semiconductor Engineering on July 14 for "Optoelectronic package" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- United States Patent no. 12,681,234, issued on July 14, was assigned to Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. (Kaohsiung, Taiwan).

"Optoelectronic package" was invented by Jr-Wei Lin (Kaohsiung, Taiwan), Mei-Ju Lu (Kaohsiung, Taiwan) and Wen Chieh Yang (Kaohsiung, Taiwan).
