US Patent Issued to Advanced Semiconductor Engineering on Aug. 25 for "Optical module" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,714,322, issued on Aug. 25, was assigned to Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. (Kaohsiung, Taiwan).

"Optical module" was invented by Shih-Chieh Tang (Kaohsiung, Taiwan), Hsun-Wei Chan (Kaohsiung, Taiwan) and Hsin-Ying Ho (Kaohsiung, Taiwan).
