ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,552,863, issued on Feb. 17, was assigned to ADIMAB LLC (Lebanon, N.H.).
"High affinity anti-CD3 antibodies, and methods for their generation and use" was invented by Robert Pejchal (Lebanon, N.H.), Caitlin Stein (Lebanon, N.H.) and Julia McCreary (Lebanon, N.H.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof with high affinity for CD3 and desirable developability profiles are provided, as well as methods for their manufacture and use."
