ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,778,132, issued on Nov. 3, was assigned to ABITEP GMBH (Berlin).

"Biological agent for the prevention and treatment of leaf diseases in plants, which are caused by biotrophic or hemibiotrophic fungi" was invented by Paul Beifort (Berlin).
