ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,558,526, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to Abiomed Europe GmbH (Aachen, Germany).
"Lockable quick coupling" was invented by Thorsten Siess (Aachen, Germany) and Gerd Spanier (Aachen, Germany).
