ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,642,836, issued on June 2, was assigned to 3-D Matrix Ltd. (Tokyo).
"Ionic self-assembling peptides" was invented by Eun Seok Gil (Acton, Mass.), Elton Aleksi (West Roxbury, Mass.) and Naoki Yamamoto (Hokuto, Japan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided herein are ionic self-assembling peptides, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the peptides, and methods of using and making the same."
The patent was filed on Feb. 9, 2023, under Application No. 18/166,956.
