US Patent Issued on Sept. 22 for "Tilting twin tube and heavy-duty bicycle carrier with ramp" (Wyoming Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,741,593, issued on Sept. 22.

"Tilting twin tube and heavy-duty bicycle carrier with ramp" was invented by Marty Williams (Worland, Wyo.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "This invention relates to a heavy-duty cargo carrier, specifically designed for electric bicycles and other heavy bicycles that includes a ramp to help facilitate loading the bicycles and a tilting twin tube where the tilting twin tube allows for the twin tubes to be either locked horizontally or to pivot into an upright, vertical position where they can be locked in place vertically."

The patent was filed on Sept. 9, 2024, under Application No. 18/829,132.
