According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A dog waste bag dispenser device that includes a gauge that is connected to a plurality of waste bags through a plurality of linkages such that the remaining bags inside the device is shown outside of the device. The device includes an axle assembly allowing for bag rolls and allows a user to easily remove a dog waste bag from the dog waste bag roll.
