US Patent Issued on Sept. 15 for "Curved clip dressing devices and methods of use" (Virginia Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,734,074, issued on Sept. 15.

"Curved clip dressing devices and methods of use" was invented by Shyaun Rafii (Herndon, Va.) and Andrew Falco (Alexandria, Va.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A clip is disclosed comprising a frame slidably positionable around a structure entering the skin of a patient and a layer to elute a fluid to the skin based on the frame being slidably positioned around the structure."

The patent was filed on Sept. 13, 2024, under Application No. 18/884,830.
