According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A portable fan device for discreetly and efficiently cooling a user includes a housing having an interior space and a processor electrically coupled to a motor. An inlet vent and an outlet vent extend through the housing. A propeller is operably coupled to the motor wherein the motor is actuatable to rotate the propeller.
