According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A rectal catheter assembly includes a rectal catheter that has a plurality of fluid outlets and a balloon positioned around the rectal catheter. The balloon is inflatable thereby facilitating the balloon to seal a patient's rectum to inhibit fluids from leaking outwardly from the patient's rectum.
