According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A clerical garment device includes a shirt that has a body and a pair of sleeves. The shirt has a neck opening to extend around a neck of the user when the user is wearing the shirt. A collar is coupled to the shirt and the collar is continuously arcuate such that the collar defines a closed loop.
