ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,751,454, issued on Oct. 6.
"Biocidal polymer blend" was invented by Katrin Moews (Dortmund, Germany).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention relates to blends from iodopropargyl compound-containing and nitrogen-containing polymers with at least two beta aminoamine functions, to the preparation of these blends and to the use of these blends for the protection of technical materials from destruction by microorganisms, and to the technical materials finished with these blends."
The patent was filed on Oct. 28, 2022, under Application No. 18/706,781.
