ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,785,806, issued on Nov. 3.
"RF signal transmission over a low noise factor fiber" was invented by Ibrahim Tuna Ozdur (Ankara, Turkey).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An RF signal transmission system which ensures the transmission of very wide bandwidth RF (radio frequency) signals to long distances with low noise factor in the defense industry, RADAR systems, electronic warfare systems, and including a fiber optic transmitter, a fiber optic cable and a fiber optic receiver."
The patent was filed on Dec. 20, 2022, under Application No. 18/718,610.
