According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new and distinct cultivar of Salvia plant named 'Balmyslue', characterized by its dark violet-colored flowers, green-colored foliage, and compact, upright growth habit, is disclosed."
The patent was filed on Oct. 5, 2025, under Application No. 19/350,047.
