According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A shoulder exercise device includes four resistance lines, a central handle and a base frame. The base frame preferably includes four support posts, two horizontal frame members, two vertical frame members and two height adjustment handles. One end of each resistance line is retained by the central handle and an opposing end is terminated with a plug end. Two slide rails are attached to a vertical wall or surface.
