"Finger sleeve for sexual stimulation" was invented by Amy Elizabeth Stephenson (Perris, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A finger sleeve for use a sexual stimulation device includes an elongated body having a distal portion including a cavity configured to accept a fingernail of a user."
