ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 31 -- United States Patent no. PP37,355, issued on March 31.
"Lomandra plant named 'LM360'" was invented by Todd Anthony Layt (Richmond, Australia).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "'LM360' is a distinctive cultivar of Lomandra longifolia which is characterized by a compact and weeping growth habit with fine, soft to the touch, dark green foliage, improved resistance to root and crown rot disease, as well as the uniformity and stability of these characteristics from generation to generation."
The patent was filed on Feb. 21, 2025, under Application No. 18/831,488.
