According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An assembly includes a mattress and an associated device, wherein the mattress has an open groove on a sleeping face, and the associated device is designed to at least partially block the groove when it is placed in the groove."
The patent was filed on March 22, 2021, under Application No. 17/999,476.
