According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A portable water heater and dispenser which is configured to be readily movable and may heat and dispense potable water for the user. This system may feature a protective case for housing a pump and water heater unit for dispensing water which has been heated above ambient temperature. The system may also feature a mounting plate to which a pump and heater are assembled and attached such that the assembled unit may be moved as a unit and attached to a protective case or a suitable surface."
