According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An RV waste receptacle includes a top layer formed of flexible, absorbent material, a middle impermeable layer having the planar dimensions of the top layer affixed to the top layer at its front, side and rear edges. A bag formed of impermeable material has an open mouth, sealed side seams and a sealed bottom seam. The bottom seam is joined to a rear edge of the middle layer.
