ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,661,337, issued on June 23.
"Bendamustine pharmaceutical compositions" was invented by Vasilios Voudouris (Sacramento, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided herein are pharmaceutical formulations of dry-powder bendamustine suitable for pharmaceutical use. Also provided are methods of producing dry-powder bendamustine. The pharmaceutical formulations can be used for any disease that is sensitive to treatment with bendamustine, such as neoplastic diseases."
The patent was filed on May 16, 2024, under Application No. 18/665,804.
