According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a universal holder that comprises at least one receptacle. The receptacle may be configured to receive a variety of items, including a fishing rod, an umbrella, a flashlight, and a beverage cannister, among other items.
