"Replay protected memory block data frame" was invented by Sebastien Andre Jean (Meridian, Idaho) and Greg A. Blodgett (Marsing, Idaho).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Devices and techniques are disclosed herein for providing an improved Replay Protected Memory Block (RPMB) data frame and command queue for communication between a host device and a memory device."
The patent was filed on July 11, 2024, under Application No. 18/769,926.
