ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,654,485, issued on June 16.
"Paint can puncturing tool" was invented by Marty Stachowiak (Niagara Falls, Canada).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The paint can puncturing tool incorporates a tool structure and a paint can. The paint can is configured for use in storing paint. The tool structure punches a plurality of fluid ports into the paint can. The plurality of fluid ports allows the paint contained in the paint can to flow out of the paint can in a controlled manner."
The patent was filed on Sept. 17, 2024, under Application No. 18/887,138.
