"Funnel-bottom container" was invented by Jesus Perez-Aguayo (Wichita, Kan.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A container is provided. The container includes a funnel shaped bottom to collect paint into a recess while a pump draws liquid from the container for application to a surface and/or within an area."
The patent was filed on Feb. 20, 2023, under Application No. 18/111,794.
