According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A fluid dispenser article includes an exterior, a fluid reservoir, a foldable applicator portion which may include an applicator tip with a dispensing aperture, a movable flap which covers the applicator tip, and a conduit between the reservoir and the applicator tip such that fluid may flow up to an end of the dispensing aperture when the reservoir is squeezed. In some implementations a resealable closure such as a sliding closure may be formed over or atop the dispensing aperture."
