According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A press device for pressing powders in a container is provided. The press device has a compact structure that can be operated by one hand of a user and comprises an operation element, a pressing element, a body and at least one elastic element, wherein the at least one elastic element is provided between the operation element and the pressing element. A surface of the pressing element is urged by the force provided by the at least one elastic element to press the powders in the container."
