According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An exercise device is provided. The device is comprised of a body with a recessed area and an appendage that promotes ergonomic hand placement and grip. The body is comprised of two rotating end caps that allow the body to roll along a ground surface when performing ab/core exercises.
