According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A mobile relay generates a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block (SSB) for the mobile relay using at least one of a primary synchronization signal (PSS) for mobile relays that is different than a stationary base station PSS, a secondary synchronization signal (SSS) for mobile relays ...
