ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- United States Patent no. 12,677,763, issued on July 14.

"Tree stabilizer and a method of using the same" was invented by Curt Hummel (Cypress, Texas).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A tree stabilizer assembly including a receiver tube, tube base, bar extension with holes, large strap base, snap-in pin, large strap for the tree base, T-post strap, and T-post clamp. The large strap for the tree base couples the assembly to a tree. The tube base is configured to receive a portion of the receiver tube."

The patent was filed on Nov. 7, 2024, under Application No. 18/940,596.
