According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An apparatus includes a sewerage drop bowl and a lid hingedly coupled to the drop bowl. The drop bowl and the lid are configured to be cooperable to house a first portion of a sewerage pipe, are configured to be cooperable to receive a sewage flow from the sewerage pipe in a first direction, and are configured to be cooperable to redirect the sewage flow to a second direction."
