According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A puppy apartment for use by domestic animals includes a container portion and a room divider having a kennel opening thereby allowing the animal to pass between apartment bedroom and bathroom portions. Adjustable apartment boundary regions for bathroom, bedroom, and living areas are adaptably configured to accommodate the pet in a comfortable domestic training environment. A method is taught for providing positive and consistent household pet puppy training with the puppy apartment device."
