According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A personal perineal cleansing system includes a specialized toilet seat comprising a basin with an interior sprayer, a horizontal portion upon which the user sits, a vertical portion disposed behind the user when seated, and a basin re-positioning system that moves the basin from the functional position (near the center of the toilet bowl) within the horizontal portion to the storage position in the vertical portion.
