According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A holder with a harness includes: a bearing member, a stopper, a supporting member, and the harness. The bearing member has a flat surface, a local area of the surface includes magnetic attraction area, and magnets are disposed in the bearing member to generate a magnetic force in the magnetic attraction area. The stopper is pivotally connected to the bearing member, and the stopper protrudes from the surface after being cocked up.
