According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A portable hand sanitizer sponge device comprises a container for holding sanitizing liquid, a sponge element having an upper conical frustum part and a lower cylindrical part for retaining and dispensing the liquid, a flexible sleeve with a central opening through which the sponge extends, and a lid for hermetically sealing the assembly.
