According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A pillow assembly for supporting objects on a user's arm without impeding blood circulation through the arm includes a main body comprising a resiliently compressible material. Rigid blocks are coupled to a top side of the main body, and inserts are mounted atop the rigid blocks. The main body is bent to surround the arm with the inserts.
