According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A flexible, water-resistant composite material that can be used for the construction of outdoor enclosures. A material can include a combination of fiber, resin and catalyst upon a backing of a textile such as carpet, hook and loop material, or felt.
