According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A soffit vent cover is provided comprising a four-sided frame assembly having an inner side and an outer side, each defining an open middle. A screen is attached to the inner side, and a vent panel with apertures is attached to the outer side, both covering the open middle.
