KINGSTON, R.I. - Aug. 17, 2026 - University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy faculty and staff members are continuing their efforts to support public health and prevent communicable disease this summer by offering immunization training programs for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians on the Kingston Campus.
The College will offer two American Pharmacists Association training programs on Monday, Aug. 24: the Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery by Pharmacists, and the Pharmacy-Based Immunization Administration by Pharmacy Technicians.
